Who we are
PT Express is an online retailer and subscription delivery service designed to make it easy to avoid running out of essentials. Our core service is a monthly household supply subscription: you build and manage your essentials list, and each month we confirm it with you, order on your behalf, and bring it to your door — on a day and time that suits you, and within our operating hours.
We're a registered company — Precision Tech (Pty) Ltd, trading as PT Express, CIPC Reg. 2026/282442/07 — and you can reach us directly on 076 448 5560. We buy the goods specified in your list from trusted distributors, confirm every order with you as we arrange it, and offer two payment options: secure online payment through PayFast or EFT into our Standard Bank business account.

No trip, no queue, no running out. Need something once? Just order it.
How it works
- Visit our online store, browse the catalogue, and add what you need to your cart. The same cart works for both your monthly list and once-off purchases.
- At checkout, choose Every month or Once-off. Going monthly? Set your delivery date and time — we'll do our best to deliver as close to that as possible. Falls on a Sunday or public holiday? We'll move it to the closest available day and confirm with you first.
- Account signup is free and lets us maintain a personalised order for you.
- Pay by card through PayFast — it repeats automatically each month — or request an invoice and pay via EFT instead.
- For monthly lists: 14 days before your delivery date, we send a confirmation of your list — update it online or reply on WhatsApp with any changes.
- Payment is due 7 business days before delivery. No response, and your list gets charged and goes out as-is.
Only need something once? Same process, minus the delivery day — no ongoing list, no commitment.
